We are a leading UK local authority undertaking a critical upgrade of its Liquid Logic Children’s Social Care platform. This isn’t a replacement project; it’s about improving and enhancing the existing system that sits at the heart of statutory children’s services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the technical delivery of the Liquid Logic upgrade from design through to go-live, including configuring workflows, forms, and processes within the system.
- Work directly with social care teams to translate needs into working solutions; lead system testing and data integrity checks; ensure the platform is ready for deployment.
- Be the go-to expert on all things Liquid Logic within Children’s Services; work across teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, document changes, and transfer knowledge to internal colleagues so the system is sustainable beyond your contract.
- This is a delivery-focused role; you will be hands-on in the system, not just advising from the sidelines.
What you need to have:
- Expert-level experience with Liquid Logic in a Children’s Social Care context; experience configuring workflows, building forms, and solving complex system challenges.
- Experience leading or central to Liquid Logic upgrades, implementations, or major reconfigurations; understanding statutory requirements and social care processes.
- Experience working within UK local authorities and comfortable with hybrid onsite presence in early stages.
What would set you apart:
- Experience with large unitary authorities or councils with complex Liquid Logic environments; background in system development, digital transformation, or change delivery within social care settings.
- Experience managing go-lives, user adoption, or post-implementation support.
- Ability to deliver under pressure on high-impact projects within statutory children’s services.
