Job Description:
As an Account Executive at Hurree, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and taking responsibility of nurturing contacts through the full sales cycle.
You will leverage your sales expertise and product knowledge to present Hurree as an encompassing solution that addresses clients\’ needs and exceeds their expectations. Your ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally will be essential in achieving success in this role.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2+ years successful sales experience
- Previous cold-calling experience is essential.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- A keenly developed competitive nature.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
- Are naturally curious and passionate about learning and development.
- The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection daily.
- Flexibility within the role as you may be required to work outside of normal working hours on occasion.
- The right to live and work in the UK.
In this role, you’ll have to:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the target market, proactively reach out to prospects, and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Strategy development: Work closely and collaboratively with the Sales team to develop and execute appropriate prospecting strategies.
- Consultative Selling: Understand clients\’ business objectives, challenges, and pain points to articulate how our products/services can add value and solve their problems effectively.
- Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings, effectively articulating value propositions and addressing objections.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead sales negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals promptly while ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for all post-sales activities, including account renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
