As a Senior Recruiting Associate at Huron, you will support recruitment across Europe, with a strong focus on France and additional support for the UK&I, Switzerland, and Poland. This role requires a consultative recruiter who can advise business leaders, HR, and Centres of Excellence while navigating country-specific talent dynamics, candidate expectations, employment practices, and compliance considerations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting across Europe, familiarity with local hiring requirements, and the judgment to partner with HR and legal/compliance resources on employment contracts, work authorisation, documentation, notice periods, compensation expectations, and onboarding. Preferred locations are Belfast (flexible Hybrid working) or Poland (remote).

Your Role: A Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a member of Huron's European Talent Acquisition team, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders, supporting recruitment activity across multiple countries with a particular focus on the France market. Responsibilities will include:

  • European Recruiting & France Market Expertise: You will manage recruiting priorities across Europe, with a primary focus on hiring for France and UK&I roles. You will build targeted talent pipelines, execute sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and manage hiring activity aligned to business demand.
  • France Market Expertise: You will leverage your understanding of the French talent landscape, including candidate expectations, compensation benchmarks, language requirements, and competitive dynamics, to deliver effective hiring outcomes and advise stakeholders accordingly.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: You will deliver end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple European regions, including stakeholder intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding readiness. You will ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout.
  • Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement: You will serve as a consultative partner to business leaders, HR, and centres of excellence, providing market insights, data-driven updates, and practical recommendations to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
  • Compliance & Local Market Navigation: You will collaborate with HR, Legal, Compensation, and Operations teams to ensure recruiting activities align with local employment practices, including contracts, work authorisation, notice periods, and onboarding requirements across different jurisdictions.
  • Talent Assessment & Candidate Management: You will assess candidate capabilities, motivations, and market alignment using structured interview frameworks. You will deliver clear and concise evaluation summaries while ensuring timely and culturally appropriate communication with candidates.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: You will provide insight into talent availability, competitor activity, and hiring trends, supporting stakeholders in making informed decisions on hiring strategies and timelines.

The Profile We're Looking for: An experienced professional with a deep understanding of European hiring markets. We are looking for candidates who combine strong delivery capability with a consultative mindset and deep understanding of European hiring markets. Required and preferred criteria includes:

  • Experience: You have 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, with a proven track record delivering across multiple European markets. Deep experience recruiting in the French market, including familiarity with candidate expectations, sourcing channels, employment practices, and local hiring considerations.
  • Professional Background: Experience within agency, managed services, consulting, or professional services environments is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of European hiring practices, employment law considerations, and recruitment compliance requirements across relevant markets.
  • Capability: Ability to manage multiple requisitions across regions, balance competing priorities, and operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong consultative partnership skills with business leaders, HR, and Centres of Excellence.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with international stakeholders and candidates.
  • Language Skills: Professional fluency in English is required; French language capability is strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS platforms such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing techniques.
