Huron is seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to take on the pivotal role of Team Lead for our new Belfast-based Delivery Center. This is a unique opportunity to build, mentor, and manage a highly skilled project team of consultants who form the operational heart of our European practice. You will be a driving force behind project delivery from Belfast, helping to establish a centre of excellence for our most critical cloud transformation projects.

Responsibilities
- As the Belfast Team Lead, responsible for the successful delivery of Digital client projects staffed from the centre with a focus on team management, operational excellence, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: directly manage the Belfast-based team of EPM and ERP consultants, including overseeing performance, workload utilization, regular coaching, and guiding career development within Huron.
- Delivery Excellence & Quality Assurance: implement and oversee QA processes, act as escalation point for project issues, ensure on-time delivery within budget and to Huron’s quality standards.
- Operational Management: manage day-to-day project operations, including resource planning, project staffing in collaboration with European practice leaders, and tracking KPIs; report team performance to senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: build and maintain strong relationships with Project Managers and Practice Leaders across Europe; act as primary liaison for the Belfast team ensuring seamless integration and communication with the European practice.
Qualifications & Profile
- Experience: 8 years of hands-on project experience in consulting and implementing EPM or ERP cloud solutions, with at least 3 years in a formal team leadership or management role in a functional setting.
- Background: Background in a Big 4, Accenture, or other top-tier consulting firm is highly preferred; demonstrated expertise in structured delivery methodologies and managing large, complex clients.
- Technical Expertise: Broad and deep understanding of the EPM and ERP cloud landscape, including platforms such as Oracle EPM/ERP, OneStream, Workday, or SAP; essential for project oversight and quality assurance.
- Business Analysis Skills: Core BA skills including requirements gathering, system configurations, data modelling, and process mapping.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate consulting teams; skilled in performance management, conflict resolution, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Remote Management: Experience managing hybrid or distributed teams with an understanding of related challenges and success factors.
- Client-Facing & Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to interact confidently with junior consultants through senior leadership and clients.
- Onsite Engagement: Role primarily based in Belfast with periodic travel to client sites across Europe for critical milestones, go-live support, and workshops. Blended approach combines offshore work with face-to-face interaction.
- Languages: English fluency required; professional proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
