The predicted salary is between 80000 - 100000 £ per year.

Responsibilities Sell complex and broad solutions and services to new and existing clients.

Source new business opportunities and engagements by leveraging an existing network of professional contacts and by initiating relationships with executive client professionals, professional advisors, and partner channels that lead to signed contracts for Huron.

Identify and assist in closing consulting services.

Sell consulting and advisory services to C‑Level clients, leveraging technology to enable financial transformation, digital solutions, and customer experience.

Engage with Oracle, Workday, and Salesforce sales organizations or sell directly to the end user.

Prospect and develop new clients to expand Huron’s presence in the target industry space, maintaining an extensive pipeline of qualified new client opportunities.

Achieve annual sales goals and market penetration targets.

Utilize knowledge of Enterprise Solutions and Markets to educate Huron Managing Directors and sellers.

Partner with internal Managing Directors to introduce Huron’s solutions to clients.

Co‑develop client strategies with Sales, Marketing leadership, and other practices.

Build and sustain long‑term relationships with clients to drive revenue.

Manage projects to develop and execute the sales process and provide solutions for clients.

Multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate respectfully in a team‑based office environment.

Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience demonstrating success in an individual‑contributor sales role for a professional services organization.

Experience developing and executing the sales process to close business deals through executive contacts.

Ability to identify client issues and priorities and provide solutions based upon the firm’s services.

Experience managing projects to develop and execute sales processes and build long‑term client relationships.

Experience with Salesforce (Customer Management Software) preferred.

Undergraduate degree (BA, BS) required; MBA preferred.

Position level: Manager.

Revenue expectations: $10million in year1; $20million in year2.
