Main duties of the job:

You will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, contributing to clinical meetings and decision‑making processes that shape our patient services. We are open to discussing part‑time or flexible working arrangements.

About Us: Allerton Road Medical Centre serves a vibrant community of approximately 6,000 registered patients. Our friendly, flexible, and forward‑thinking team is committed to excellence in patient care and professional development. We boast an established multi‑disciplinary practice team, which includes a Lead GP, Salaried GPs, Practice Nurse, Heart Failure and Diabetes nurses, Health Care Assistant and a phlebotomist, Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapist, Mental Health Worker, Social Prescriber, Health and Well‑being Coach, and Care Co‑ordinator. We are part of a forward thinking and well‑developed PCN. We have a Good CQC rating, achieve high QoF scores, and are high achieving in targets. We have a very friendly team who enjoy working together.

Regular meetings: clinical, MDT, planned/ proactive care etc. Close transport links and close to amenities.

Job responsibilities: At Allerton Road Medical Centre, we value your professional growth. You will receive full support to attend mandatory and additional training, enabling you to acquire further skills and experience.

  • Competitive sessional rate: £13,142 including CPD (higher rate depending on experience with automatic annual increments).

Qualifications: You must be a Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, and be included on NHS performers list.
