Main duties of the job:

You will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, contributing to clinical meetings and decision‑making processes that shape our patient services. We are open to discussing part‑time or flexible working arrangements.

About Us: Allerton Road Medical Centre serves a vibrant community of approximately 6,000 registered patients. Our friendly, flexible, and forward‑thinking team is committed to excellence in patient care and professional development. We boast an established multi‑disciplinary practice team, which includes a Lead GP, Salaried GPs, Practice Nurse, Heart Failure and Diabetes nurses, Health Care Assistant and a phlebotomist, Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapist, Mental Health Worker, Social Prescriber, Health and Well‑being Coach, and Care Co‑ordinator.

Job responsibilities:

Qualifications:
