We are currently looking to expand our clinical workforce. We are seeking applications from clinicians with a minimum of 6 months psychiatry experience or experience in delivering mental health care in a primary care setting, and/or with experience of managing addiction. We are asking for a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.
As a key member of the NHS PH team, you will provide care to PH patients, participating as a core team member carrying out triage for new contacts and referrals, assessments of new patients, ongoing case management and liaison with other providers who might be involved in the care of the patients. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of sick health professionals, assessing risk and providing holistic support to manage their programme of care. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team which includes GPs, specialist nurses, psychiatrists, and therapists.

Please note we have a strict three-year gap between accessing the service as a patient and working with the service as a clinician. We understand that PH work can be challenging and want to ensure people have enough time to focus on their own recovery before taking on the issues of others.
