Network Manager (Maternity Leave Cover) in City of Westminster

The role of the PCN Network Manager is to support the delivery of our various Quality Improvement Clinical Projects by leading on one or more specific projects. The post-holder/s will be key members of a core team that we are building to support PCN clinical developments, playing a pivotal role in PCN clinical development. They will support the PCN CD and be involved in management and development of the clinical network, supporting new ways of working in partnership across the 6 member practices, both internally and with external partners.About us North Lambeth PCN Serving approximately 76,000 patients, North Lambeth Primary Care Network (PCN) is working to support and strengthen the delivery of primary care services in each of its 6 member practices, by working collaboratively and delivering quality improvement initiatives. We aim to:

• Achieve excellence in patient care and outcomes;
• Maximise practice income achieved under contracts, including PMS KPI, QOF, GPDF and other local enhanced services;
• Release clinical capacity by improving efficiency and effectiveness;
• Enhance our workforce by providing training and providing interventions and support that develop resilience;
• Be at the forefront of integrated services.

Our lead practice is Hurley and Riverside Practices, who are the employer for any long-term PCN staff. Hurley and Riverside Practices are responsible for providing payroll, financial and HR support to the PCN as required. It will be an important part of the manager's role to liaise with these departments.
