- Develop and deliver the PCN Digital Transformation Strategy in liaison with staff and system stakeholders (e.g. local councils / Social Services).
- Improve adoption and/or optimisation of new technology to enhance patient access and experience and increase PCN productivity.
- Build relationships and facilitate collaboration between practices and the wider system to support the delivery of care to patients, including shared appointments between practices to aid delivery of enhanced access.
- Lead an improvement approach to change, including building capability for quality improvement within the PCN and system-wide approaches to problem solving.

North Lambeth PCN Serving approximately 76,000 patients, North Lambeth Primary Care Network (PCN) is working to support and strengthen the delivery of primary care services in each of its 6 member practices, by working collaboratively and delivering quality improvement initiatives. We aim to:

Our lead practice is Hurley and Riverside Practices, who are the employer for any long-term PCN staff. Hurley and Riverside Practices are responsible for providing payroll, financial and HR support to the PCN as required. It will be an important part of the manager's role to liaise with these departments.
