As Sous Chef you’ll:
- Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
- Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
- Accountable for running the line during service
- Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team—helping to develop their skills
- Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service
