Position Details

  • Timing: 12:30 PM to 09:30 PM PKT
  • Job Type: Full time
  • Location: Dha Phase 6 Lahore

Responsibilities

  • Handle queries, requests and complaints from customers tactfully.
  • Manage class, exam bookings, certifications and other operational tasks.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures when providing solutions.
  • Provide customer service at every interaction, ensuring end-to-end resolution and complete ownership of the customer in every transaction.
  • Achieve superior customer engagement and significant improvement in customer experience.
  • Overcome objections and handle customer pushback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in English skills, both writing and verbal.
  • 1 or 1+ years of experience; fresher’s can also apply.
  • Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
