We are currently recruiting Retail Security Officers across various retail locations in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced security professionals looking for full-time, permanent positions within well-established retail environments.

Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, staff and visitors. Duties may include:

  • Patrolling retail premises
  • Monitoring entry and exit points
  • Preventing theft and anti-social behaviour
  • Responding to incidents and emergencies
  • Completing incident reports
  • Delivering excellent customer service while following site security procedures

To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence, have the right to work full-time in the UK, and be able to provide a 5-year employment and/or education history and 5-year address history. Applicants must also have a clear DBS (or be willing to undergo a DBS check), have no unspent criminal convictions, and be available to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Previous retail security experience is desirable and a full UK driving licence is preferred.
