Graduate or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Permanent - Up to £35,000 per annum in Maldon, Essex with London site exposure.

What you will be doing:

  • Assisting with the preparation of estimates, tenders, and valuations
  • Supporting procurement including sourcing materials, negotiating, and placing orders
  • Monitoring project costs and helping ensure budgets are maintained
  • Working with the wider team to manage contracts and financial risks
  • Attending site visits twice per month with all expenses covered
  • Supporting financial reviews, audits, and final accounts
  • Building strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
