Graduate or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Permanent - Up to £35,000 per annum in Maldon, Essex with London site exposure.

They are a smaller company by design, not by limitation. Their reputation has earned them prestigious London-based clients and a strong pipeline of impressive contracts ranging from £10,000 to £5 million.

What you will be doing:
- Assisting with the preparation of estimates, tenders, and valuations
- Supporting procurement including sourcing materials, negotiating, and placing orders
- Monitoring project costs and helping ensure budgets are maintained
- Working with the wider team to manage contracts and financial risks
- Attending site visits twice per month with all expenses covered
- Supporting financial reviews, audits, and final accounts
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
