The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating container loadings for weekly export sailings across assigned destinations while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, carrier schedules and customs regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage vessel bookings with shipping lines for assigned destinations at least three weeks in advance. Submit hazardous cargo declarations to carriers and obtain acceptance before load planning. Create load plans and load lists for designated depots whilst ensuring cargo compatibility and compliance.
