We are recruiting Factory Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing team in Witham. Previous experience in manufacturing, production or fabrication environments is essential but full training in the role will be provided.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 6 am to 2.30 pm and Friday 6 am to 2 pm
The Role:
- Assist in the manufacture and assembly of products
- Operate machinery safely
- Work to quality and efficiency targets
- Support different areas of production as needed
