The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the role includes but is not limited to:

  • Working closely and collaboratively with a small team of dedicated mechanics and fitters.
  • Ongoing servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a range of marine engines and installations.
  • Daily work routine in a fast-paced and often unpredictable environment.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience with diesel engines and hydraulics in a marine or similar environment is essential.
  • Trade qualifications as a diesel mechanic, diesel fitter, small engine mechanic, or a recognised qualification as a hydraulic technician is highly regarded.
  • A strong and proven work ethic and attitude towards the role and the team.
