Huon is seeking a self-motivated Skipper to lead our vessel operations and crew at Hideaway Bay on a 7 on 7 off roster.
The role involves:
- Operating and maintaining vessels and shipboard equipment
- Mooring pens, towing, net installation/removal, and grid maintenance
- Managing refuelling operations, loading/unloading vessels, and operating cranes and forklifts
- Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and completing necessary documentation
Located near Dover, you will be working a 7 on 7 off roster.
About you:
- A minimum Master >24m NC and Marine Engine Driver Grade 3 (MED 3) with relevant experience
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- A proactive focus on improving processes and committing to self-development
