The role involves:
- The day-to-day husbandry of salmon and bathing operations.
- Harvest and Smolt transfer operations.
- General pen maintenance.
- Assisting with work within Central Support across our zones as required.
Located near Dover, you will be working full-time on a 7 on 7 off roster. This position comes with the opportunity to complete your Cert III in Aquaculture through which you will gain your Coxswains ticket.
About you:
- You love the water and ideally have experience within aquaculture.
- You have effective time management and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- You have experience working safely in a dynamic environment, identifying risks, and taking appropriate action.
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships within a team.
