- Lead operational planning for product launches and seasonal transitions, coordinating execution across all relevant departments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to develop scalable, efficient operational workflows as the business grows.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date production schedules and manage end-to-end production timelines against critical path milestones.
- Ensure production orders fully cover confirmed sales for upcoming seasons, reconciling data across systems using Excel.
- Develop structured delivery plans and communicate expected dates across the business, proactively flagging risks or delays to relevant teams.
- Support ERP implementation project - including testing, troubleshooting, and stakeholder liaison - becoming a key system user and internal subject matter expert.
- Create and maintain clear process documentation and an ERP handbook to support team-wide adoption and consistency.
