About the role: We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Digital Marketing expert to take full ownership of our paid digital activity. This is an in-house role with no agency support. You'll be the go-to expert across paid search, affiliate marketing, and data analytics, playing a central role in driving online revenue growth for Hunza G.

Key responsibilities:

  • Paid Search: 50%
    • Manage all Google Ads activity across Search, Performance Max (PMAX), and AI Max campaigns
    • Own the strategy, structure, and day-to-day execution of paid search, from keyword management to ad copy and bidding
    • Take full accountability for budget management and pacing, ensuring efficient spend against revenue targets
    • Continuously test and iterate - ad copy, landing pages, audience signals, bidding strategies
    • Stay ahead of Google's evolving product suite and proactively adopt relevant new features
    • Report on performance with a clear view of ROAS, CoS, CPA, and contribution to overall revenue
  • Analytics & Data: 25%
    • Build, maintain, and iterate on daily performance dashboards across all digital channels
    • Own the consolidation and interpretation of marketing and e-commerce data, identifying trends and flagging opportunities or risks
    • Understanding of all Paid/Organic drivers for performance
    • Act as super user across Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, and affiliate platforms - with Meta ads access also likely
    • Produce regular reporting for senior stakeholders, translating performance data into clear business language
    • Maintain and develop Excel/Google Sheets models and reporting tools
    • Experience with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)
  • Affiliate Marketing: 20%
    • Manage the full affiliate programme lifecycle: recruitment, activation, optimisation, and reporting
    • Negotiate directly with publishers on placement fees, commission rates, and promotional activity
    • Conduct regular audits of the publisher base to assess quality, incrementality, and brand alignment
    • Manage the bookings calendar and coordinate affiliate activity with wider trading plans
    • Own validation processes - reviewing and approving transactions in line with programme rules
    • Manage the affiliate budget with accountability for ROI and cost efficiency, along with reporting
    • Experience with other platforms (AWIN, Rakuten, Partnerize, or similar) is equally welcome
  • Digital Development: 5%
    • Confident working within Google Tag Manager (GTM)
    • Understanding of cookie-based tracking, pixel implementation, and consent frameworks
    • Ability to QA tracking setups and identify discrepancies between platforms
    • Comfortable liaising with developers when technical changes are required, with enough knowledge to brief accurately and spot issues

About you:

  • ~4+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally with significant time spent agency-side or in-house.
  • ~ A strong analytical mindset with the ability to move between data and strategy with ease
  • ~ Highly proficient in Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, and at least one affiliate platform
  • ~ Comfortable owning budgets and being held accountable for performance outcomes
