At Hunza G, we make the world’s most beloved swimwear – for everybody, through every
Hunza G is building a generational swimwear brand, powered by timeless design and truly inclusive product. With over four decades of heritage and a rapidly growing global footprint, we are building a brand that is both timeless and culturally resonant. This role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of that journey, shaping how the brand shows up creatively and in the world’s leading media.
Overview
As Performance Lead at Hunza G, you’ll own paid growth end-to-end. You’ll manage and implement campaigns across paid social and paid search, while leading performance-driven creative initiatives.
Partnering closely with the Growth & Analytics Manager, you’ll define commercial guardrails (CAC, CoS, payback, LTV), build forecasts and budgets, and ensure reporting is clear, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
This is both a strategic and hands‑on role: you’ll take full ownership of paid performance – shaping the testing roadmap, leading creative development and campaign execution, and overseeing implementation across channels.
Core Responsibilities
- Own paid performance: Set strategy, plan and optimise paid social and paid search to hit growth and profitability targets.
- In‑house transition: Bring paid media from agency to in‑house; implement playbooks, workflows, naming conventions, QA and brand‑safety standards.
- Paid social leadership: Day‑to‑day build, launch and optimisation on Meta (core) and TikTok/Pinterest/YouTube where appropriate.
- Paid search management: Hands‑on PPC across Google/Bing; refine keywords, bids, audiences and ad copy for efficient incremental growth.
- Budgeting & forecasting: Co‑own channel budgets and forecasts with the Growth & Analytics Manager; set CAC/CoS targets, pacing and scenario plans.
- Measurement & reporting: Deliver the weekly trade meeting and reporting cadence; manage day‑to‑day communications on trading performance; and lead cross‑channel paid performance calls.
- Creative for performance: Write briefs, craft ad copy and partner with design; maintain a test‑and‑learn pipeline across different recipes.
- Campaign integration: Coordinate with brand, content, email/CRM and e‑commerce to amplify launches and trading initiatives.
- Affiliates & creators: Support affiliate strategy and creator partnerships to drive incremental, on‑brand performance.
- Partners & tools: Manage platform reps and any vendors; evaluate tools that improve speed, quality and ROI.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience, owning paid social and paid search end‑to‑end; fashion or premium DTC brand experience preferred.
- Proven record driving profitable growth through Meta and Google Ads, with clear understanding of CAC, CoS, payback, and LTV.
- Strong analytical mindset – fluent in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify; able to translate data into clear weekly trade updates.
- Creative‑for‑performance mindset: collaborates with creative teams to develop paid‑first assets, test variations, and optimise for growth.
- Experienced in budget management, forecasting, and scenario planning, with a commercial approach to growth.
- Comfortable partnering cross‑functionally across brand, CRM, and e‑commerce, with an eye for brand alignment and on‑brand performance.
- Affiliate and creator experience is a plus.
- Highly organised and proactive communicator, able to lead performance discussions and deliver actionable reporting with clarity.
