This role is integral to ensuring smooth execution across supply chain, logistics, inventory and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced fashion environment. The Operations Executive is a detail-oriented, analytical professional who takes ownership of data accuracy, uses Excel with confidence and precision, and proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement.
Key Requirements

- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact with warehouse teams to coordinate stock, order & fulfilment processing & resolve issues promptly.
- Build and maintain accurate weekly intake planners in Excel to provide cross-functional visibility of incoming goods.
- Oversee stock movements across wholesale and e-commerce channels, maintaining data integrity and identifying discrepancies.
- Support the Wholesale team with stock allocation and shipment tracking.
- Prepare and manage export documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely submission.
- Lead operational planning for product launches and seasonal transitions, coordinating execution across all relevant departments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to develop scalable, efficient operational workflows as the business grows.
Production & Supply Chain Support
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date production schedules and manage end-to-end production timelines against critical path milestones.
- Ensure production orders fully cover confirmed sales for upcoming seasons, reconciling data across systems using Excel.
- Develop structured delivery plans and communicate expected dates across the business, proactively flagging risks or delays to relevant teams.
Inventory & Systems
- Support ERP implementation project - including testing, troubleshooting, and stakeholder liaison - becoming a key system user and internal subject matter expert.
- Create and maintain clear process documentation and an ERP handbook to support team-wide adoption and consistency.
- Ensure all business operations are accurately mapped in a master overview document, providing full visibility across the organisation.
- Conduct business process testing to validate that system and operational improvements are effectively embedded and delivering expected outcomes.
Cross-Departmental Support
- Act as a key liaison between Operations and Customer Service to resolve order, delivery, and stock-related queries.
- Analyse recurring customer pain points and collaborate with the CS team to implement preventative operational solutions.
- Support the development of internal SOPs and FAQs to streamline issue resolution and build institutional knowledge.
- Monitor fulfilment SLAs, building and maintaining Excel-based reporting tools to track performance and flag exceptions.
