About Hunza G

At Hunza G, we make the world's most beloved swimwear - for everybody, through every stage of life. We are the originators of one-size-fit swimwear made from our innovative The Original CrinkleTM fabric. Originally founded in 1984, the brand was relaunched in 2015 by Georgiana Huddart, who saw the potential of this unique material to redefine modern swimwear.

Hunza G first rose to prominence when a cut-out mini dress made from its signature fabric was worn by Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman - a now-iconic moment that cemented its place in pop culture history. Hunza G's ethos of offering swimwear for everybody, designed to see you through a lifetime and all that it brings has garnered a global community of women who believe in themselves and in the restorative power of travel.

The Role

This is a pivotal role within our Operations & Wholesale team, sitting at the heart of how Hunza G's product reaches some of the world's most prestigious global retailers. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will manage the co-ordination of shipments and ensure timely delivery to our key retail partners. The role is focused on execution in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong coordination across production, inventory, shipping, and customer fulfilment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end wholesale logistics process, providing clear direction and day-to-day oversight to the Wholesale Operations Executive
  • Act as the primary point of contact for retail partners on all order, shipment, and fulfilment queries - building strong, trust-based relationships
  • Prepare and review all outbound shipping documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin where required
  • Partner closely with the warehouse to prioritise customer deliveries, ensuring all orders ship on time and in full against agreed targets
  • Lead daily communication across internal teams - sales, production, and finance - and external partners including 3PLs and key retailers
  • Ensure accurate and compliant product information is provided to customers in line with international trade regulations
  • Define and communicate clear Value Added Services (VAS) requirements to the warehouse for relevant accounts
  • Collaborate with the wholesale account management team to track deliveries and proactively resolve any client-facing issues
  • Support the sales team with returns, credits, and reorders
  • Maintain reporting and KPI tracking for wholesale distribution performance, escalating risks or delays to the Head of Operations as needed

Experience:

  • 4-5 years' experience in fashion logistics, wholesale operations, or supply chain management
  • Confident working with ERP systems - Netsuite and Zedonk experience is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience managing 3PL relationships and working with premium or luxury retail partners
  • Exceptionally organised, with the ability to hold multiple priorities across a fast-moving seasonal calendar
  • A clear, confident communicator - both written and verbal - with a talent for keeping stakeholders aligned
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and attentive to detail

Benefits:

  • Flexi working hours, with core hours of 10-4pm.
  • Staff discounts for Hunza G product.
