The People Sourcing team at Huntswood connects skilled professionals with client projects, ensuring the right talent is in place to deliver exceptional outcomes. They build strong pipelines, respond quickly to demand, and play a key role in supporting Huntswood’s reputation for quality and reliability in workforce solutions.
As a Resourcing Coordinator at Huntswood, you will be a key part of our resourcing engine by building and maintaining a high-quality associate pool. Your role involves screening candidates through CV reviews, telephone screening, and compliance checks to ensure they meet client and regulatory requirements. You will assess skills, experience, and availability, verify details such as right-to-work and qualifications, and support candidates through onboarding to ensure a smooth and professional experience. This role is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and central to delivering the right people for future client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing Candidates through job adverts, CV databases, and referrals
- Screening CVs and conducting pre-screen calls over the phone
- Checking candidates meet Huntswood referencing and vetting criteria
- Booking candidates in for onboarding interviews
- Managing candidate communications throughout the process
- Maintaining the Candidate Database and ensuring compliance with GDPR
- Performing other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
- This role would suit either a graduate or someone who has sat within an office-based customer experience environment
- Recruitment experience would be desirable
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confidence to have conversations on the telephone
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to deadlines
- Confident using job boards, LinkedIn and CRM systems (training provided)
