Huntswood is on the lookout for passionate and knowledgeable Customer Service Advisors to support a leading pension provider in Crawley. If you have experience in financial services and a solid understanding of pension products, this is your chance to shine.

As the first point of contact, you'll be the friendly, professional voice that guides customers through their pension queries - offering tailored support that leaves a lasting impression. You'll help people feel heard, valued, and confident in their financial future.

Start Date: Monday 21st July

Day Rate: £160 (via Husp Umbrella only - we can help you get set up)

Location: Crawley (3 weeks in-office, then hybrid: 2 days in-office/week)

Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 8:30am - 6:00pm

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in telephony-based customer service, ideally within financial services
  • Pension product knowledge is a big plus
  • A natural communicator with a passion for helping people
  • Ability to spot and support vulnerable customers
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence navigating multiple systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word
  • A suitable home workspace and reliable broadband for hybrid working
