Huntswood is on the lookout for upbeat, proactive Customer Service Advisors to join our team at a leading credit card provider.
In this role, you\’ll be reaching out to customers to follow up on specific communication, making sure they\’ve received the information and are clear on what they need to do next.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls using a dialler system to follow up on a customer mailing
- Checking that customers have received the mailing and helping them understand the next steps
- Supporting with any questions they might have and resolving questions where possible
- Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions
Start Date: Monday 15th September
Day Rate: £155 a day – Husp Umbrella only recruitment – This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Duration: 6 month contract
Location: Northampton – Hybrid working, with 2 days a week on site in Northampton (Thursday & Friday)
Skills Required
- Experience working in a telephony-based role making outbound calls

- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
