What You'll Be Doing:

  • As a senior member of our customer experience team, you'll support high-profile customers in French, German, or Italian as they move to new financial product and payment processes.
  • You'll train customers step-by-step, translating complex changes into clear actions they can follow with confidence.
  • Support will be delivered across phone, chat, and email, providing a consistent, high-quality experience throughout.

Where You'll Work:

  • Initially you'll be based on-site at a major client location in North West England.
  • Following initial training (4 weeks full-time in the office), you'll move to a hybrid working model.

Day Rate: £280 (This is only available to individuals working via Husp Umbrella company, we can assist you with this)

Location: North West England (Training full time in office then moving to hybrid/Working from home schedule)

Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 9am to 5:30pm

Contract: Initial 6 month contract

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience providing expert customer guidance within financial services
  • Fluent in English & French or German or Italian (C2 Level)
  • Proven ability to translate complex processes or regulatory information into clear, understandable explanations for customers
  • Strong communication skills across multiple channels, including phone, live chat, and email, with the ability to adapt tone and approach to each customer
  • Confidence handling more senior, escalated, or sensitive customer interactions with professionalism
  • Experience in a training or learning environment would be beneficial
