Location: Northampton / Hybrid (Office-based Wednesdays & Thursdays)

Start Date: Wednesday 6th May 2026

Day Rate: £246 per day (via Husp Umbrella - we’ll support you through the process)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage a team of Administrators to ensure quality and productivity targets are consistently met.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks and provide coaching to support individual development.
  • Act as the point of escalation for complex cases.
  • Monitor performance MI and deliver accurate reports.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Make confident, informed decisions and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and the client while ensuring all activity adheres to regulatory and compliance frameworks.
