Location: Northampton / Hybrid (Office-based Wednesdays & Thursdays)
Start Date: Wednesday 6th May 2026
Day Rate: £246 per day (via Husp Umbrella - we’ll support you through the process)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage a team of Administrators to ensure quality and productivity targets are consistently met.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks and provide coaching to support individual development.
- Act as the point of escalation for complex cases.
- Monitor performance MI and deliver accurate reports.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Make confident, informed decisions and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and the client while ensuring all activity adheres to regulatory and compliance frameworks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience leading a team in financial services.
- Good understanding of FCA-regulated environments.
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
- Able to coach and support team development.
- Well-organised and proactive.
- Positive and motivating leadership style.
- Able to work calmly under pressure.
