We're looking for passionate Customer Service Advisors to join one of our trusted, long-standing clients on a rewarding long-term contract. If you have experience in financial services, love building strong customer relationships, and are eager for a fresh challenge, we'd love to hear from you!

In this role, you'll be the reassuring voice for customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism. Your goal? Turn difficult conversations into positive outcomes by finding smart, practical solutions that support both the customer and the bank. Start Date: Monday 29th June 2026

Day Rate: £140 a day - Husp only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via the Husp Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Shift pattern: Shifts are between 8am and 8pm on a rotational basis, requiring 1 in 3 Saturdays.

  • Monday to Friday opening hours are between 8am to 8pm
  • Saturday opening hours are between 9am and 5pm
  • Currently on a 3-week rotation pattern with a requirement to work 1 Saturday in every 3
  • When required to work Saturday the non-working day for that week will be either a Tuesday or Wednesday
  • During the week there will be 2 or 3 starts between 8am - 9am, 1 or 2 starts between 9.30am and 11am and 1 late start at noon
  • Shift patterns are given with a 4 week notice window

Duration: An initial contract to the end of October 2028

Location: Working from home

Skills required:

  • Experience working in a dialler-based telephony role in the financial services industry - this is essential
  • Collections experience is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
  • Strong numeracy skills
