Huntswood is looking for a talented complaint handler looking to move into our busy advisory team to support clients with the financial services industry. This great opportunity to join our busy and successful advisory team, based out of our Central Reading Head office. The Opportunity The Advisory team advises and assists clients manage risk in accordance with regulatory requirements. You’ll act as an ambassador for Huntswood working of group and solo assignments to help forms raise their standards and protect their reputations. This role will also allow you develop you experience across all finance sectors, and you’ll have the support to gain relevant qualifications to help you in your role. This is a great opportunity to develop and gain skills, qualifications and experience that will support you in your future career within financial services regulations. You’ll be based in our Reading Head office on a hybrid basis but will travel to client sites across the country. Is the role right you? We’re looking for an experience complaint handler who is motivated and ready to develop their skills and experience within this ever-changing financial services sector. You’ll be an excellent communicator and confident to convey technical information to all levels of stakeholders.
