Huntswood is looking for Customer Service Advisors, with knowledge of pension products to support a leading pension provider based in Crawley. You'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand behind every great customer experience. You'll be the first point of contact - answering calls to provide personalised support that truly makes a difference and ensure our customers feel valued and understood.

Start Date: Monday 14th July
Day Rate: £160 a day - Husp Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Crawley - First 3 weeks in Crawley Office then hybrid 2 days in office thereafter
Working hours: Monday to Friday, Rotational shifts between 8:30 am to 6pm

What Huntswood Is Looking For:
- Experience working in a telephony based customer service role within the financial services sector
- Knowledge of pension products would be beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to identify vulnerable customers
- Commitment to work at client's office in Crawley for 3 weeks training and then two days a week thereafter
- Suitable work space at home with strong broadband connection for working from home days
- Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
