What You\’ll Be Doing
- Be the friendly first point of contact for residential and commercial customers via phone and email
- Confirm new occupiers to keep utility billing records accurate and up to date
- Dive into data entry and cleansing tasks with precision
- Follow up with customers to ensure top-notch service and satisfaction
What We\’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
- Confident communicator on both inbound and outbound calls
- Quick and accurate with data entry
- Comfortable using multiple in-house systems
- Detail-oriented and a true team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and other MS Office tools
- Able to work full-time from our client\’s Stoke office
