Huntswood Is Looking For Collections Agents, Ideally With Secured Collections Experience, To Join One Of Our Existing Clients For a Long-term Contract. You Will Be Supporting Our Client, Dealing With Outbound And Inbound Calls From Customers Who Are In Financial Difficulty And Coming Up With a Resolution That Works For The Customer And The Bank To Recoup Monies Owed.Shift Pattern

  • Shifts are between 8am and 8pm on a rotational basis, requiring 1 in 3 Saturdays.
  • Two \'late\' shifts per week - a noon to 8pm and 11am to 7pm
  • Two \'day\' shifts per week starting at 8.30am / 9am or 9.30am / 10am
  • If working a Saturday, the non-working day is Tuesday or Wednesday
Skills Required
  • Collections experience is essential, ideally secured collections experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
  • Strong numeracy and written communication skills
