What You’ll Be Doing:
- As a Client Support Specialist you'll be on the frontline of delivering outstanding service for a leading financial services organisation.
- You'll support customers across phone, email, and live chat, confidently managing complex enquiries and providing clear, empathetic, and compliant solutions.
- Using your French, German, or Italian language skills, you'll help customers navigate products, services, and processes, ensuring every interaction positively shapes their experience with the bank.
- Initially you'll be based on-site at a major client location in Cheshire. Following initial training (4 weeks full-time in the office), you'll move to a hybrid working model.
Day Rate: £198 a day (This is only available to individuals working via Husp Umbrella company, we can assist you with this)
Location: Cheshire (Training full time in office then moving to hybrid/Working from home schedule)
Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 9am to 5:30pm
Contract: Initial 6 month contract
