As a senior member of our customer experience team, you will provide expert guidance to clients navigating changes to their financial products and payment services. Leveraging your training experience, you will break down complex processes into clear, accessible explanations, ensuring customers fully understand. Through professional engagement across phone, chat, and email, you will deliver a high-quality service experience that reassures, supports, and empowers customers throughout every interaction.
You’ll be based at the client’s flagship campus in Knutsford, nestled in the beautiful Cheshire countryside. The newly refurbished office offers a modern, collaborative space designed to help you thrive. After initial training (4 weeks full-time in office) you’ll enjoy a WFH/Hybrid model.
Key Details:
- Start Date: Starts in March 2026
- Day Rate: £195 (This is only available to individuals working via Husp Umbrella company, we can assist you with this)
- Location: Knutsford, Cheshire (Training full time in office then moving to hybrid/Working from home schedule)
- Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am-7pm
- Contract: Initial contract till end of October 2026 with potential for future opportunities

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience providing expert customer guidance within financial services, ideally involving complex product or payment-related queries
- Proven ability to translate complex processes or regulatory information into clear, understandable explanations for customers
- Confidence handling more senior, escalated, or sensitive customer interactions with professionalism
- Experience in a training or learning environment would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels, including phone, live chat, and email, with the ability to adapt tone and approach to each customer
- Background in commercial banking is a plus
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy (MS Office, internal systems)
