Huntswood is looking for experienced customer service advisors, ideally with a KYC background, to support a leading retail bank.
Starts: Monday 2nd November 2026
Location: Northampton/Hybrid (Monday and Friday in the office)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30
Rate: £160 per day
Husp Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Duration: An initial contract to end of December 2026
As a KYC Customer Service Advisor, you will be contacting existing business customers through templated emails and outbound calls, gathering missing account information, resolving queries, and completing ID&V while providing clear support to business customers to help prevent account closure.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in telephony-based customer service in a financial services environment
- Experience sending written communications to customers is essential
- A foundational understanding or previous exposure to KYC, AML, or CDD frameworks
- Background in business banking is a plus
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy (MS Office, internal systems)
