Role Overview: Huntsman Advanced Materials is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Manager to join our site in Duxford. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and costâeffective engineering and maintenance operations that support site performance and business objectives. We are looking for someone who is a handsâon leader, comfortable operating in a complex manufacturing environment, and passionate about safety, performance, and people development.
Role Responsibilities:
- Coaching, developing, and engaging the engineering team to build longâterm capability
Experience and Competencies:
- Extensive experience in an engineering leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Proven people management experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability systems (SAP PM preferred)
- Experience delivering continuous improvement or LEAN initiatives
- Solid understanding of EHS and Process Safety requirements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
