Join Huntsman's Supply Chain team in Duxford, UK, and play a pivotal role in keeping our global business moving. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Transport Planner to coordinate the worldwide transportation of chemical products, ensuring deliveries reach customers safely, efficiently, and on time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced logistics environment where no two days are the same. Working across international markets including China, North America, Japan, India, Brazil, and Europe, you will collaborate with colleagues, freight partners, and operational teams to manage complex shipments, solve challenges, and continuously improve logistics performance. As a Transport Planner, you will be responsible for: Planning, scheduling, and coordinating the transportation of chemical products worldwide. Managing air and sea freight shipments while ensuring customer delivery commitments are achieved. Selecting the most effective transportation routes and shipping methods based on cost, service, and operational requirements. Ensuring all shipments comply with relevant safety, environmental, customs, and transport regulations. Preparing and maintaining shipping documentation, labels, customs paperwork, and shipment records. Monitoring transportation performance and proactively resolving logistics issues and delays. Acting as a key liaison between logistics providers, freight forwarders, warehouses, customer service teams, and supply chain stakeholders. Preparing logistics performance and cost-analysis reports for management. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or supply chain operations. Experience coordinating international shipments, ideally including air and sea freight. SAP experience, preferably within Warehouse Management (WM) or logistics-related processes.
