We are currently recruiting for Class 2 Drivers to work for a number of our distribution and manufacturing clients based throughout West Yorkshire. Opportunities for ongoing temporary or temp to perm contracts, full weeks or odd days, and overtime.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Driving a Class 2 wagon
- Various drops a day either locally or Nationwide
- Some clients have double-manned runs
- Drivers mates to assist with the handball
- Plenty of overtime available at multiple clients and paid at Time and 1/2
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Class 2 licence
- Must hold a valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Must hold a valid CPC card
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- No DD, DG, IN, CD, DR endorsements
- Must have at least 1 year of Class 2 driving experience
Hours:
- Full weeks or odd days
- Choice of shift times
- Minimum 8 hours paid a day
- Overtime after 8 hours
Salary:
- £14.50 hourly rate
- Overtime paid at Time and 1/2 after 8 hours
- Holiday Pay
- Minimum 8 hours a day pay
