About The Role
We’re looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Warehouse Operator to join our team. You’ll spend most of your time (around 60–70%) driving a forklift, helping move materials and products around the site to keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Safely unload and store raw materials.
- Pick and deliver items to production areas.
- Move finished products to the right place.
- Operate forklifts and palletisers safely and accurately.
- Help keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
- Support the dispatch team to make sure deliveries go out on time.
- Take part in stock checks to keep things accurate.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience using forklifts, ideally with a valid forklift licence (either Counterbalance, Reach, or VNA); we’ll train you on the rest.
- Basic maths and English skills (GCSE or equivalent).
- Experience working in a warehouse (chemical industry is a bonus).
- Good attention to detail and a team-focused attitude.
- Comfortable using warehouse systems like SAP.
