We are delighted to be working exclusively with one of our repeat consultancy clients on identifying a new Head of Project Management for their growing London office. This particular firm has a number of established regional offices and delivers a combination of Project Management, Building Surveying, Cost Management and other services across the Public and Private Sector. They are looking for a candidate who shares their values and is looking to grow into a member of their company-wide Senior Leadership Group with a clear progression plan into running their London office.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A proven track record across the Private Sector - Commercial and Residential sectors
  • Experience managing, mentoring and developing Project Managers up to Associate Director level
  • Have an established network of clients in the private sector - Developers, Funds, REITs, or similar
  • Have held previous P&L Accountability
  • Been instrumental in the recruitment of Project Management staff
  • Experience in a Consultancy Business

Located in the City, this firm has an existing Project Management and Quantity Surveying team. This firm is privately owned and has impressive growth plans for their London office. Salary is based on experience and will be up to £160,000 basic plus an extensive company benefits policy and a clear route into the ownership structure.
