Now, with strong foundations and serious momentum, we’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work directly alongside the Managing Director, playing a critical role in driving the next stage of our growth. This is a high-impact role, suited to someone who wants more ownership, faster progression, and a genuine voice in shaping the business.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 – 5 years proven 360 recruitment experience (Built Environment sector experience preferred).
• Strong, credible client-facing skills.
• A track record of winning business.
• A track record of working in target-driven environments.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• A confident communicator who builds rapport quickly and consistently adds value.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider, high-performing team.
• Ambitious, credible, and driven to make a real impact.
