Overview Are you a motivated, ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next big opportunity? Join one of the most successful teams in the business. The client is a medium-sized, dynamic construction and property company working across all sectors of the built environment. Due to continued growth, they are on the lookout for a talented Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their high-performing team.In this exciting role, you'll take on a leadership position within a team that consistently delivers outstanding results. You'll be working on a range of projects in the commercial, residential and hotel sector with some luxury automotive schemes, providing cost management expertise, commercial insight, and strategic advice to clients. You'll also be instrumental in mentoring junior staff and driving the success of the team.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage cost control, procurement, and contract management for a variety of commercial projects

Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective solutions

Lead and support the junior team, fostering development and growth

Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers

Work collaboratively with project teams to achieve optimal project delivery

Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Play a vital role in the strategic direction and growth of the team

Requirements

Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor (MRICS preferred)

Experience in cost management and project delivery across multiple sectors

Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Excellent communication and leadership skills essential – you'll be working closely with clients and internal teams

Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency

A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to make an impact and progress your career
