Huntsman are delighted to be working with one of our repeat clients in identifying a Quantity Surveyor to join a specific project team that are delivering a major commercial fit-out projects in London to assist senior staff on the closing stages of some fantastic projects, up to the value to ÂŁ500m.
Based out of the City, this firm have a phenomenal client base and this particular team focus on large scale and high value \\\”Headline\\\” projects. You will be working alongside experienced professionals with the support and mentorship from long standing business leaders.
They have an excellent support structure for new staff and a fantastic collaborative working culture making it a great business to work for.
Candidates must be experienced in, and have a good understanding of contract administration, feel comfortable in a client facing position but most importantly have passion and enthusiasm for delivering a very high quality service.
To be considered for this role candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience working for a Built Environment Consultancy
- UK Project Experience – Preferably Fit-Out
- 5 years+ experience
- MRICS qualified
