Rarely, an opportunity to work on an 8 million square foot development project presents itself. Working for a longstanding consultancy client of Huntsman's, this role is to form part of a team responsible for the multi-phase development of a large logistics facility based in the Midlands.

Your role as the Senior Programme Manager will be to oversee and take responsibility for the following:

  • Project Oversight
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Budget Management
  • Risk Management
  • Quality Assurance

This development consists of heavy infrastructure works to include a railway line and a number of new build logistic facilities utilising both NEC and JCT Contract types. Candidates will ideally come from a Project Management background within Construction and have experience working for private sector, built environment consultancies on large scale development projects. It is essential that you feel comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders, are able to manage contractors and you will be supported by a senior leadership team within the business.

On offer is a salary of up to £85,000 plus company benefits to include company car allowance, generous discretionary bonus, private medical and more.
