They are looking for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their hugely successful London team. Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage project costs, ensuring budgets are adhered to and cost control measures are in place throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the contractual processes, including procurement, tendering, and contract management, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.
- Work across various sectors from new build commercial developments, CAT A through to mixed-use and residential developments.
- Identify and manage potential risks related to costs, contracts, and project deliverables.
- Prepare detailed reports, financial analysis, and cost forecasts to keep stakeholders informed and support effective decision-making.
- Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.
- Managing a team of graduates.
Qualifications and Experience:
- RICS chartered surveyor.
- Experience within office, fit-out, life sciences and hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and the construction processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in industry software and tools.
- A track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
