Role Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage PMO activities for corporate real estate projects, ensuring world-class service delivery.
– Develop and implement real estate strategies in collaboration with clients to support successful project outcomes.
– Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
– Coordinate with diverse stakeholders across various sectors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Skills and Experience Required:
– Proven experience in programme management within the corporate real estate sector.
– Strong understanding of PMO principles and practices.
– Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
– Ability to develop and implement strategic real estate solutions.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
– Previous experience with Power Bi. (Highly desirable)
– Previous experience on CAT B Office Fit Outs (Highly Desirable)
– 4 to 5 years experience in a Consultancy firm.
