Project Manager – Large‐Scale Construction ProjectsWe recruit Project Managers for leading Built Environment consulting firms in the UK. This opportunity involves working closely with a senior leadership team on large‐scale construction projects of £50‐100 million+ in London\’s West End.

Salary: up to £85,000 per annum plus a generous benefits package, including bonus, private medical, life assurance, and more.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior leadership on project delivery across pre‐construction and delivery phases.

Manage contract administration and Employer\’s Agent responsibilities.

Maintain strong client relationships with private sector developer clients.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Qualifications

Mid‐Senior level experience in the UK consultancy or developer market.

Demonstrated experience in pre‐construction and delivery of large‐scale projects.

Strong contract administration and Employer\’s Agent background.

Track record of working with private sector developer clients.
