We are delighted to be working exclusively with one of our repeat consultancy clients on identifying a new Head of Project Management for their growing London office. This particular firm has a number of established regional offices and delivers a combination of Project Management, Building Surveying, Cost Management and other services across the Public and Private Sector. They are looking for a candidate who shares their values and is looking to grow into a member of their company-wide Senior Leadership Group with a clear progression plan into running their London office.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A proven track record across the Private Sector - Commercial and Residential sectors
  • Experience managing, mentoring and developing Project Managers up to Associate Director level.
  • Have an established network of clients in the private sector - Developers, Funds, REITs, or similar.
  • Have held previous roles in Cost, Project and Development Management.
