The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with senior leadership on complex, design‑led residential towers, taking responsibility across both pre‑construction and delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and leading elements of pre‑construction, including feasibility, planning, and procurement
- Acting as Employers Agent on high‑rise residential schemes
- Managing contract administration duties across multiple projects

- Monitoring programme, cost, risk, and quality throughout the project lifecycle
