The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with senior leadership on complex, design‑led residential towers, taking responsibility across both pre‑construction and delivery. This consultancy is known for its hands‑on approach, strong client relationships, and commitment to developing future leaders, making it an ideal environment for someone working towards MRICS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting and leading elements of pre‑construction, including feasibility, planning, and procurement
  • Acting as Employers Agent on high‑rise residential schemes
  • Managing contract administration duties across multiple projects

  • Monitoring programme, cost, risk, and quality throughout the project lifecycle
